The breakfast was complimentary with plenty of goodies. The room was huge, great-sized and with the windows looking to the yard.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were caring. The location was easy, a minute walk from The Lamb. Moreover, it's next to pubs, shops, and the centre of Canterbury minutes. The breakfast was sensational with plenty of food.

great location but slight room for improvement
The location provided easy access to local attractions. The staff member made a thoughtful gesture by allowing us to leave our bags after checkout. The room was well maintained, with clean towels and toiletries provided.
The bathroom could benefit from a bit more attention to detail.

Just a good match for a weekend in Canterbury with great value for the money. The staff was unkind and didn't help with our bags. It's best to stay away from this place for your own health.

The room offered ample space, presenting comfort for our family with children, but the bathroom's poor condition and an unpleasant musty smell diminished the overall experience. Despite the staff's friendliness and convenient location near local attractions, the breakfast options fell short, lacking in quality and variety, with only basic packaged items. Cleanliness was also a concern, as some areas seemed inadequately maintained.

I enjoyed my stay at the Greyfriars in Canterbury. The comfortable bed allowed for restful nights, and it was conveniently located near attractions. The breakfast lacked variety, which was a bit disappointing.

Good location, decent breakfast
We stayed here for 1 night and loved the spot in the city center! Breakfast was way better than expected-a nice surprise. The staff was super friendly too, made a big difference. The only snag was the stairs. Not too shabby.

The location is ideal, nestled conveniently near various attractions. A nearby Sainsbury facilitates last-minute shopping for any essentials.
A little disappointing with the absence of on-site parking despite claims. Parking is about 500m away and I was informed it costs £15, not £6. The room I stayed in was cramped with a particularly small triangular sink that felt absurdly inadequate. Noise was a notable issue, with sounds from flushing toilets that could wake the dead. A nearby pub causing disturbances late into the night. Lastly, the breakfast selection left something to be desired, offering just basic items like cereal and some jams, better suited for those who prefer a light start to the day.
